Warm -Up or Cardio:

Static Recumbent Bike: warm up for 3 mins prior to your workout at a level to suit your fitness and requirements.


Upright Bike: warm up for 3 mins prior to your workout at a level to suit your fitness and requirements.


Treadmill:  3 minutes of steady walking added into your routine is all you need to revive those sluggish muscles.

Longer sessions avaiable dependent upon individul needs and requirements.


Floor Mat stretches: consult your trainer to select the correct exercises for your needs





Work-Out:

Work out all areas of your body and all major muscle groups with our comprehensive range of air assisted gym equipment designed to be completed in 30 minutes.

Mats: specific advice will be given by your trainer  to suit your individual needs enabling you to target specific areas of the body.


Free Weights: Your personal trainer will advise you on the best exercises and weights for your needs.

Balance Balls: Your personal trainer will advise you on the best exercises for your needs.


Accessories: Vibro bar, grab rails, abdo crunchers, bench, hoola hoops, skiping ropes, trampet, stretch bands available.

Cool Down:

Stretch Machine: stretch all your major muscle groups with our stretch machine.


Vibro Plate: relax specific targeted muscle groups or your whole body



Mats: tailor your cool down to specific areas of the body with advice from your allocated trainer
